Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days at Cherryontopjewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your request must comply with all of the following:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Within 3 days of the item being delivered.
• Item that were not part of a sale or purchased with a gift card.
If approved, we’ll happily arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After your item has been delivered back to us, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind:
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cherryontopjewelryco@gmail.com.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our mistake or the product arrived damaged.
